About Melicia

I am a training and development professional with experience in customer care, employee development, performance coaching and recruitment support. In my current role, I work closely with employees to strengthen their skills, address performance gaps and support their growth within the organisation. My professional background is supported by an Associate Degree in Teacher Education, and I have recently completed my Bachelor's programme in Business Administration at UNICAF University, Zambia, with the formal award of my degree pending. Working in training and employee development has given me a greater appreciation for the role that effective people management plays in an organisation. It has also strengthened my interest in Human Resource Management, particularly employee relations, performance management and talent development. I am now looking to expand my knowledge and experience in these areas as I work towards becoming an HR Specialist and, eventually, an HR Consultant.
