1. Platform Usage

By accessing and using ProsperEdge Business Solutions, you agree to these terms. Our platform provides HR consulting, executive coaching, organisational development services, and proprietary assessment tools. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and methodologies on this platform are the property ofProsperEdge Business Solutions. This includes our proprietary tools: Succession Navigator™, Executive Lens™, Policy Vault™, and JobEQ AI™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

4. Membership and Payments

PRO membership subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Session Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled subject to the following policy:

  • 48+ hours before session: Full refund or free reschedule
  • 24-48 hours before session: 50% session fee charged
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% session fee charged

6. Limitation of Liability

ProsperEdge Business Solutions provides coaching and consulting services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Saint Lucia and the jurisdiction of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
