WELLBEING HUB™
Your rates, respected.
Wellbeing Hub specialists are compensated at rates consistent with their professional standing and the norms of their practice area. A consultant psychiatrist charges what a consultant psychiatrist charges. A personal trainer charges what a personal trainer charges. You set your service rate — ProsperEdge coordinates the employer relationship, the contracting, and the delivery structure around it.
Note: The cost to the client organisation is determined by their subscription contract with ProsperEdge, not by your individual rate. Your rate is agreed before any engagement begins. No surprises.
SPECIALIST NETWORK™
Transparent revenue sharing.
Specialist Network consultants work on a clear revenue-sharing arrangement. Your share of the engagement fee reflects your tier on the platform — Associate Coach, Senior Coach, or Principal Consultant — and grows as your engagement history builds.
Note: The model and percentages are discussed openly in the onboarding conversation. We do not ask you to negotiate against yourself.
