Enrolled employees complete short, private wellbeing check-ins. No data is shared individually — only anonymised aggregate trends reach your HR team.

HR and people leaders receive aggregate wellbeing reports and can schedule Pulse Presentations — live sessions delivered by a specialist — twice per year.
